Terms of service
Parilyf – Terms of Service
Effective Date: 31 October 2026
Welcome to Parilyf. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Parilyf website, including browsing, purchasing products, making payments, submitting enquiries and using any related services.
In these Terms, “Parilyf,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the business operating the Parilyf online store. “You,” “your” and “customer” refer to any individual who accesses or uses our website or purchases products from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Website
You may use the Parilyf website only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
By using our website, you represent that:
-
The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
-
You will use the website for lawful purposes.
-
You will not attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our website or its systems.
-
You will not use the website to commit fraud, make unauthorised transactions or violate the rights of others.
If you place an order on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
Where a person is legally incapable of entering into a binding contract, orders must be placed by an appropriately authorised person in accordance with applicable law.
2. Products and Product Descriptions
Parilyf offers women's clothing and fashion products through its online store.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, measurements, materials and other relevant details as accurately as possible.
However, certain differences may occur because of:
-
Screen settings, display technology or lighting conditions.
-
Photography and image-processing differences.
-
Minor variations in fabric texture, colour or manufacturing.
-
Differences between displayed measurements and actual garment measurements within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product photographs are provided to help customers understand the products being offered. They do not override the written product description or any legally binding representation made by Parilyf.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, available sizes, measurements and other relevant information before placing an order.
Nothing in this section permits Parilyf to misrepresent products or avoid responsibility for products that are defective, incorrect or materially different from their advertised descriptions.
3. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Product availability displayed on the website may change because of inventory updates, demand, supplier availability or technical delays.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and payment has been collected, Parilyf will inform the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product offerings or update product information, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.
4. Prices, Taxes and Charges
Product prices will be displayed on the website in Indian Rupees (INR), unless expressly stated otherwise.
The price applicable to an order will ordinarily be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted and accepted, subject to applicable law.
Depending on the order, the total amount payable may include:
-
The price of the selected products.
-
Applicable taxes.
-
Shipping or delivery charges.
-
Other charges disclosed before the order is completed.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or additional fees will be disclosed at checkout before payment is made.
Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be subject to specific conditions communicated with the relevant offer.
Parilyf will not impose undisclosed charges or use a pricing-error provision to disregard mandatory consumer-protection requirements.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you submit a request to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed at checkout.
After submission, you may receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation by email, SMS or another available communication channel.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order information but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
Parilyf may need to verify payment status, product availability, delivery information or suspected fraudulent activity before fulfilling an order.
If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, Parilyf will inform the customer and, where payment has been collected, initiate an appropriate refund.
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, a genuine technical error, an invalid delivery address, a verified payment problem, suspected fraud or another lawful reason.
Any cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer Information and Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including their name, contact details, delivery address and selected product specifications.
Please review your order details before completing checkout.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact Parilyf as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a correction before dispatch, subject to operational feasibility.
Parilyf cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts or the need to verify the order. Any resulting charges or consequences will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Payments and Payment Processing
Parilyf may offer online payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and other payment options made available at checkout.
Payments may be processed through PayU or another authorised payment service provider.
By initiating a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable payment provider's terms and authentication procedures.
Parilyf does not request your UPI PIN, card security code, banking password or payment authentication OTP through ordinary customer-support communications to issue a refund.
An order will be treated as paid only after the relevant payment status has been verified, subject to the applicable payment arrangement.
If a payment fails, remains pending or is debited without a corresponding confirmed order, customers should follow the instructions provided in our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy or contact customer support.
Verified duplicate payments and payments collected for orders that cannot be fulfilled will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Parilyf will arrange delivery using the available shipping and logistics services for the selected delivery location.
Estimated delivery periods displayed on the website or communicated after checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, address issues and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number.
Depending on the shipping arrangement, customers may receive tracking information after dispatch.
If a delivery is delayed, lost, damaged or unsuccessful, please contact Parilyf so that we can investigate and coordinate with the relevant delivery provider.
Parilyf will handle undelivered orders and delivery disputes in accordance with applicable law. These Terms do not remove any consumer rights arising from a failure to deliver an order as agreed.
9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges and order cancellations are governed by the separate Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the Parilyf website.
That policy explains:
-
Return eligibility and applicable return periods.
-
Conditions for exchanges.
-
Procedures for reporting damaged, defective or incorrect products.
-
Order cancellation requirements.
-
Refund processing and payment methods.
-
Procedures for failed payments and duplicate transactions.
Customers should review the policy before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms overrides a customer's statutory rights concerning defective goods, incorrect products, misleading descriptions, non-delivery or other circumstances covered by applicable law.
Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement will prevail.
10. Promotions, Discounts and Coupons
Parilyf may provide promotional offers, discount codes, seasonal sales or other incentives from time to time.
Each offer may have specific eligibility conditions, validity periods, product restrictions or minimum purchase requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers where the stated conditions prohibit combination.
Promotional codes must be used in accordance with their disclosed terms.
Parilyf may withdraw or modify a promotion prospectively, subject to applicable law and any rights arising from an offer already accepted or a transaction already completed.
Where a promotional offer is affected by a return or cancellation, any adjustment will be made in accordance with the offer's disclosed conditions and applicable law.
11. Customer Support and Communications
Parilyf may contact customers regarding order confirmations, payment status, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, account matters, security concerns and customer-support requests.
Such communications may be sent through email, SMS, telephone or other contact channels provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the contact information supplied with their orders.
Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Customers may opt out of marketing communications without losing the ability to receive essential transactional messages.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Parilyf website and its content, including brand elements, logos, product photographs, graphics, text, designs, page layouts and other original materials, are owned by Parilyf or used under appropriate permission or licence.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the website and use its content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, you must not:
-
Copy or reproduce website content for commercial use.
-
Republish or distribute product photographs, branding or original designs.
-
Use the Parilyf name, logo or other brand elements in a misleading manner.
-
Sell, license or commercially exploit our original website materials.
-
Remove copyright notices or other ownership information.
Nothing in this section restricts rights permitted by applicable law.
13. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Parilyf website to:
-
Commit fraud or make purchases using unauthorised payment methods.
-
Submit false information for orders, returns, refunds or promotions.
-
Interfere with website operations, security or availability.
-
Attempt to access restricted systems, accounts or customer information.
-
Upload malicious software, harmful code or unauthorised content.
-
Scrape, extract or collect website information through automated methods in a manner that violates applicable law or materially interferes with our services.
-
Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your authority.
-
Violate intellectual-property rights or other legal rights.
-
Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Where there is credible evidence of misuse, Parilyf may take reasonable protective action, investigate the incident and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Any restriction or action will remain subject to applicable consumer-protection and other legal obligations.
14. Website Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to keep the Parilyf website accessible and functional, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, hosting problems, network failures, cybersecurity incidents or other technical circumstances.
Parilyf may update, modify or discontinue website features as reasonably necessary for operational or security reasons, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
We will take reasonable steps to maintain website reliability and address material technical issues.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, courier tracking systems, social media platforms and other external websites.
These services may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies and operational procedures.
Parilyf is not responsible for the independent content or privacy practices of external websites that it does not control. However, this provision does not exclude responsibility for obligations that Parilyf has under applicable law or for services that we are legally responsible for providing.
Customers should review the terms of relevant third-party services when using them.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of the Parilyf website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
That policy explains the categories of personal information we may collect, the purposes for which we process it, the circumstances in which it may be shared, applicable retention practices and the privacy rights available to customers.
By providing personal information, you acknowledge that it may be processed for the disclosed purposes and on the legal bases permitted by applicable law.
Where consent is legally required, the appropriate consent will be obtained separately.
Parilyf will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection and privacy requirements.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parilyf will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from a customer's inability to access the website, temporary technical interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability arising from applicable statutory consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable obligations.
Parilyf remains responsible for fulfilling its legal obligations concerning products sold through its website, including applicable requirements relating to product conformity, delivery, refunds and consumer protection.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, any limitation will be interpreted reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
18. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Parilyf will not be considered in breach of these Terms solely because performance is delayed by an event beyond its reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, severe weather, transport disruption, public emergency, governmental restriction, widespread network failure or comparable event.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact of such events and resume affected services when practicable.
This provision does not remove any mandatory refund, cancellation or other consumer obligation that continues to apply under law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses or reasonable costs directly resulting from your unlawful use of the website, intentional fraud, infringement of third-party rights or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Parilyf for losses arising from Parilyf's own unlawful conduct, breach of its obligations or circumstances for which the customer is not legally responsible.
20. Suspension or Termination of Access
Parilyf may restrict or suspend access to particular website features where reasonably necessary to address security threats, suspected fraud, unlawful activity or material misuse.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may notify the affected user of the restriction and the reason for it.
Any restriction will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not be used to deny a customer an existing refund, an applicable statutory remedy or another right that must be honoured under law.
Termination of website access does not automatically cancel obligations associated with orders already placed.
21. Complaints and Grievance Resolution
If you have a complaint concerning an order, product, payment, delivery, return, refund or any other aspect of Parilyf's services, please contact us through the Contact Us section of our official website.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and relevant supporting information so that we can investigate the matter.
Parilyf will acknowledge complaints within the applicable legal timeframe and endeavour to resolve them promptly. Where Indian consumer-protection rules prescribe specific grievance-redressal procedures or deadlines, those requirements will apply.
Where required by law, the website will display the name and contact details of the designated grievance officer.
Customers retain the right to pursue remedies available under applicable consumer-protection and other laws.
22. Changes to These Terms
Parilyf may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our products, website functionality, business operations or applicable laws.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated effective date where appropriate.
Revisions will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law, existing contractual obligations and rights that have already accrued.
Where a change requires notice or consent under applicable law, Parilyf will provide the required notice or obtain the necessary consent.
Continued use of the website after a revised version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory legal requirements and the jurisdiction of any competent consumer dispute-redressal authority, disputes arising from the use of the website or purchases made through Parilyf will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the legally appropriate location.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching a forum or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
If it cannot be made enforceable, it will be severed to the extent required, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply, provided that doing so is consistent with applicable law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable policies published on the Parilyf website, including the Privacy Policy and Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, govern your use of the website and your purchases from Parilyf.
If a conflict arises between these Terms and a separate policy concerning a specific matter, the relevant policy will govern that matter to the extent appropriate, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory statutory rights or obligations.
26. Contact Information
For questions concerning these Terms, orders, payments, products, delivery or customer support, please contact Parilyf through the Contact Us section of the official website or the support details provided in your order communications.
Please include your order number when contacting us about a specific purchase.
